北京交管部门“单双号”出行详解英文版

    新华社北京7月3日电（记者孙蕾）北京市政府日前发布了《关于2008年北京奥运会残奥会期间对本市机动车采取临时交通管理措施的通告》，3日，北京交管部门有关负责人就“单双号”出行期间社会关心的问题回答了记者提问。

    1、北京市大型客车、公共电汽车、出租汽车、小公共汽车、旅游车辆是否须遵守单双号限行规定？

    答：北京市大型客车、公共电汽车、出租汽车、小公共汽车、旅游车辆不受单双号行驶措施的限制。

    2、北京市货运机动车应遵守哪些规定？

    答：7月20日至9月20日，货运机动车首先须按照单双号行驶措施规定上路行驶；6时至24时，还禁止在六环路（不含）以内道路行驶。

    3、北京市拖拉机、低速载货汽车和三轮汽车应遵守哪些规定？低速载货汽车和三轮汽车是指什么车？

    答：拖拉机、低速载货汽车和三轮汽车首先须按照单双号行驶措施规定上路行驶；同时，6时至24时，禁止在六环路（含）以内道路行驶；零时至6时，禁止在五环路（含）以内道路行驶。低速载货汽车和三轮汽车是指原四轮农用运输车和三轮农用运输车。

    4、北京市摩托车应遵守哪些规定？

    答：摩托车（包括京A号牌和京B号牌的摩托车）首先须按照单双号行驶措施规定上路行驶；同时，京B号牌摩托车全天禁止在四环路（不含辅路）以内道路行驶。

    5、救援、清障专用车辆如何界定？

    答：救援、清障专用车辆是指车身喷涂有统一标识的执行任务的救援、清障专用车辆。

    6、《通告》实施期间，临时号牌车辆如何规定？

    答：外省区市和北京市临时号牌车辆均须遵守单双号等管理措施的规定。外省区市临时号牌车辆须按照规定办理进京通行证。

    7、西六环路未开通路段是指哪个路段？如何辨认？

    答：西六环路未开通路段是指房山区良乡至门头沟区寨口路段，该路段没有竣工通车，但路基已经形成，交管部门将在西六环路未开通路段安设标志。

    8、持有北京市公安交通管理部门核发通行证的车辆应遵守哪些限行规定？

    答：持有北京市公安交通管理部门核发通行证的车辆，驾驶人要注意查看通行证背面的使用说明，按规定的时间、区域、路线行驶。

A: From July 20th to September 20th, the trucks first must obey the rule of “even and odd-numbered license plates”; then from 6:00 to 24:00, the trucks are forbidden to run within the 6th ring road.  (Not including).

3、What rules do the tractors, low-speed trucks, tricars must obey? What’re low-speed trucks and tricars?
A: The tractors, low-speed trucks, tricars first must obey the rule of “even and odd-numbered license plates” ; then from 6:00 to 24:00, the trucks are forbidden to run within the 6th ring road( including). From 0:00 to 6:00, they are forbidden to run within the 5th ring road (including). The low-speed truck is the original agricultural quadricycle. The tricar is the original agricultural tricar.

4、What rules do the motorcycles in Beijing must obey?
A: the motorcycles (including license plates JingA and JingB) first must obey the rule of “even and odd-numbered license plates”; the motorcycles with license plates JingB are forbidden to run within the 4th    ring road (not including the secondary roads)

5、How to definite the wrecking cars?
A: The wrecking cars are painted the unitive marker and carry out the assignment of wrecking.

6、During the announcement brought into effect, What rules do the cars with temporary license plates must obey?
A: The cars with temporary license plates in Beijing and other provinces or cities must obey the rule of “even and odd-numbered license plates”. And the cars with temporary license plates in other provinces or cities must transact the permit of Beijing.

7、Where is the un-open section of west 6th ring road? How to distinguish?
A: The un-open section of west 6th ring road is from Liangxiang Fangshan District to Zhaikou Mentougou District. This section hasn’t finished, but the roadbed has been done. The traffic department will set a sign at this section.

8、What rules do the vehicle with the permit of the traffic police must obey?
A: The vehicle with the permit of the traffic police must pay attention to the introduction of the permit, and run in the right time, right district and right way.
