he Technical Data of the robots
Team Name: Super Universe Team No. CN04

This is our first time to be in this exciting event. And we are glad to show you what we've done on our robots.
The two robots have similar chassises. Both of them aren't whole board made by plate, but making up by bars and rails. It can use less material and can also be convenient to adjust. Using large wheels can lift the chassises and shock absorption.
lifting design:
The No.1 robot lifts the balls-moving devise with the 12 tooth gear and 84 tooth gear going round. With the rate of 1:8:64, largen the power of the motors, making motors be able to lift the heavy device.
The No.2 robot with Z-size structure, lifts the balls-moving device flatly, fit the lifting design well.
balls-getting design:
The two have similar design. Lowering the balls-moving device aiming at the balls, going round the tank tread links of balls-moving device, the balls gotten. Lifting the balls-moving device aiming at the bridge, go round the tank tread links conversly, the balls put into the bridge.
balls-keeping design:
The No.1 robot with the structure of tank tread links+wire ties and the rate of 1:8:64 of the gears, can keep the balls in the balls-moving device safely.
The balls-keeping device of the No.2 robot seems like a large board which can keep over 20 balls. Fits the balls-moving and lifting devise very well.
balls-stolen design:
The No.1 robot has a balls-stolen device. Move the robot aiming at the bridge of your rival, going round the tank tread links of the balls-stolen device, the balls gotten. It a perfect way to get points.
The No.2 robot doesn't have balls-stolen device.
The features of No.1 robot:
<1>the balls-stolen device: It can take the balls from the bridge of your rival, not only get point but also decrese the score of your rival.
<2>optical shaft encoder: It connects with the motor on the wheel, makes the robot go more straight.
<3>bumper switch: It is on the back of the balls-moving device. When the device get enough high, the switch touch the stick on the back of the robot, the device stop rising. It can prevent the robot from turning over.
The features of the No.2 robot:

<1>board balls-keeping device: Thanks to the wide board, it can keep more balls, and get out of the trouble of getting balls for many times.
<2>Z-size lifting device: 3 Z-size devices with 3 powerful rates of gears can lift the balls-moving device flatly, and get the balls out quickly.
<3>getting and keeping together: Put the balls-getting and balls-keeping device together, prevent the robot from stucking and missing the balls.
<4>limit switch: 5 limit switches can help control the lifting. When it reach the limit of height, the motors will stop working and protect the robot.
comment:
The two robots move stablizedly. Even when the barycenter rise, it hardly turn over; move fast, the levers are agility, get in and out the ball fast, move fast and powerful, design scientificly and logical.
二、海报:另一个学生承担了这个任务,完成了海报的设计,制作。
三、有中国特色的小礼物和纪念品。和其他国家的队员交流,互换礼物。
开始,也让我们犯难,及要体现中国文化的特色,还不能太贵,后来我们准备了100个左右的中国脸谱和中国的剪纸。
